By purchasing a subscription or accessing the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or purchase the Services.
2.1 Subscription Nature of Service: All purchases (Quarterly, Annual, or otherwise) are recurring subscriptions, not one-time lifetime purchases. By signing up, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle for the same duration at the then-current rate unless you affirmatively cancel it. 2.2 Customer Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription and keep track of renewal dates. The Company is under no obligation to send "reminder" emails prior to a renewal charge. You explicitly agree that "forgetting" about a subscription or "not seeing" an email notification are not valid grounds for a refund or a chargeback. 2.3 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date. 2.4 No-Refund Policy: To the maximum extent permitted by law, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued for any reason, including:
Failing to cancel before a renewal charge.
Non-use of the Service or "forgetting" the subscription existed.
Dissatisfaction with content or lack of specific financial results. 2.5 Chargeback Waiver: You agree that a "forgotten" renewal is a valid authorized charge. By completing a purchase, you expressly waive your right to dispute a charge ("chargeback") for any renewal that occurred because you failed to cancel in accordance with Section 2.3.
3.1 Individual License: Your subscription is for one (1) natural person only. 3.2 Anti-Sharing: You may not share login credentials or "forward" paid newsletters to colleagues, friends, or internal company listservs. 3.3 Monitoring: We monitor IP addresses and concurrent logins. If we detect activity suggesting account sharing, we reserve the right to terminate your access immediately without notice or refund. 3.4 Corporate Licenses: For multi-user or office-wide access, contact us for Corporate/Volume Pricing.

The Services are provided "As-Is." The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in Albuquerque, NM. You waive your right to a jury trial or class-action participation.
