What is Pari Passu Clubs

Restructuring is a niche field, analyst classes are very small, and few young professionals truly love this field.

Over the last few years, the first Restructuring-dedicated clubs have started to emerge across the country. This said, creating and running a great Restructuring club is no easy feat and this leads to many “questionable” clubs that do not do this field justice.

This is why the Pari Passu Newsletter is launching Pari Passu Clubs.

Pari Passu Clubs is an approval stamp that certifies that the Restructuring Club in subject is recognized across the country. The approval will be double-faced:

• The Restructuring Student Organization will include the below banner at the bottom of their website homepage

• This website page will include a list of the approved Restructuring Clubs which can serve as universal certification

Admission Process

How can a student organization join Pari Passu Clubs?

Students are busy, therefore the process is quick. A member of the leadership team should invite [email protected] to the drive of the student organization.

After our manual review of your resources and meeting slides, we will either:

• Certify you as a Pari Passu Club

• Give you tips and recommendations that can make your student organization better and that would satisfy our admission criteria

Does my Restructuring Club need to have a website in order to apply?

Yes, we believe a website is required in order to signal the legitimacy of your Student Organization and better display your capabilities.

Our Club is open to everyone and does not require application, are we eligible?

Yes, the quality of the content is what differentiates the different student organizations, not the exclusivity of its members.

I do not want to share my Drive with you, can I still be certified?

No, in order for us to certify the content that you will cover, seeing your Drive is a requirement in order to keep the entry bar high.

Our Drive does not include any meeting slides, but it is just a collection of resources, are we eligible?

No, we are particularly interested in evaluating the content that you plan to use to teach underclassmen therefore this is non-negotiable.
